As you can see, we have a builder grade kitchen. I am not looking to spend a lot of money on permanent upgrades (countertops/backsplash), but do what to make some changes. I am still trying to convince my husband to let me rip up the hideous red/pink tile (he thinks he likes it, but really he just doesn't want me to touch it). I am going to touch it! I am also going to paint the cabinets and get some hardware. I am still trying to decide on a color. White, gray, brown?
